Additional Paul College policies and information

EREC 411: If accepted into the major, Paul College will allow students who previously took EREC 411 to substitute it for ECON 402. However, EREC 411 is not a Paul College course and cannot count as one of the two courses that must be taken in order to be eligible to apply. Students cannot receive credit for both EREC 411 and ECON 402.

MATH 422Math for Business Applications is the preferred course; Paul College will accept MATH 420 for students who enrolled in the course prior to their major change.

Before taking ADMN 510:

  • Students must complete their quantitative reasoning requirement (Complete MATH 422, MATH 420, MATH 424A/B, or MATH 425 with a passing grade or have equivalent transfer course or IB/AB credit).
  • Students must complete ADMN 403 prior to enrolling in ADMN 510.

ACC 501, MKTG 520, MKTG 530, MKTG 547, MGT 520, MGT 535 and MGT 540:

  • Students interested in transferring into ADMN should not take these courses, they are designed to count towards the minor options.

Course Repeat Rule:

  • A grade of C- or better is required in all Paul College courses.
  • A maximum of two Paul College courses may be repeated (this includes ADMN 403 even though it is a CR/F course), and each course may be repeated at most one time.

Competency Exam: Accounting
